Dorm Thermostats
We have been slowly upgrading our dorm thermostats over the last couple of years to more efficient, practical models! This allows us to ensure everyone's time at camp is enjoyable, down to the temperature of their rooms. Would you partner with us to complete this upgrade?
Resurface Storage Driveway
Help us rebuild and resurface our driveway at our storage facility. Camp activities could not run without our storage facilities to house all our games, niche belongings, and devices, providing activities throughout camp each year! Help us rebuild and resurface our driveway at the storage to make coming and going easier!
Outdoor Trash Cans
Here at Castaway, we care deeply about the grounds that the Lord uses day in and day out. Down to the trash cans, we want to provide a space that reflects heaven on earth! This includes upgrading our garbage cans throughout camp. This will assist us in keeping camp clean and smelling great! Help us upgrade our exterior trash cans around camp!
Table and Chairs for Windjammer Patio
Upgrade our furniture in front of the Windjammer! The Windjammer Patio is utilized for thousands of leader and kid conversations where students hear about a God who loves them deeply, maybe for the first time in their lives. Snacks, lunches, laughter, games, and intentional conversations are a fabric of this patio at Castaway. Have you been impacted by a conversation that happened on the Windjammer patio? Help us complete our project!
Zip Trolley
Shared experiences are something that unite us. Each year, we have thousands of students travel down our zip line into Pelican Lake! This experience creates memories, conversations, and assists in breaking down barriers for our middle and high school friends to hear the Gospel. Would you help us purchase new trolleys so that leaders and students can experience a shared experience with one another?
Tube
We are placed perfectly on Pelican Lake, where we get to enjoy so many waterfront activities! It is fundamental to Castaway Club! One of those waterfront activities is tubing, where you can find boats out all afternoon in the summer, pulling students and leaders! The laughter, joy, and memories that come are irreplaceable. Would you help us upgrade our tubes?
Tubing Helmets
As mentioned above, tubing is a fundamental part of summer camp here at Castaway! We must ensure safety while students are in our care. Students are required to wear helmets while participating in many of our waterfront activities. Would you help us upgrade our helmets?
Beach Hammocks
Our beachfront is one of the best parts of camp here at Castaway! You can find the perfect places to play volleyball, swim in the lake, kayak, and lounge! Our hammocks are a crowd favorite and are in need of an upgrade after normal wear and tear; would you help us finish this project for campers to relax in during their time at Castaway?
Multi- Use Cart
We utilize these carts for many things! Whether it is the middle of summer beach clean, or replacing mulch before campers arrive! They are tried and true, used day in and out! We would benefit greatly from having more carts accessible to our team so that we could work quickly and more efficiently. Would you partner with us in helping keep camp the slice of heaven on earth that it is?
Kayak/Paddle Board Rack
Some of the best conversations happen out on the water on our kayaks and paddleboards. Again, students can hear about a God who loves them, while floating in Pelican Lake! Would you consider helping us upgrade to a more durable, quality kayak/paddleboard rack for our waterfront? Not only will it look nicer, but it will also keep our equipment stores safely to help create experiences for kids to experience Christ on a paddleboard or kayak!
